• We see patients by appointment only.
• Routine and annual appointments are generally scheduled a number of weeks in advance.
• Urgent needs can be accommodated within a day or two, and true emergencies are seen immediately.
• If an urgent or emergency visit is necessary, you may be seen by someone other than your usual health care provider.
• We strongly encourage the presence of at least one family member at pre-operative consultations.

Although we work very hard at running on time, our practice is full of urgent and emergency problems, and even though we leave time in our schedules to accommodate such problems, we will sometimes be unavoidably late. We try as best we can to minimize such lateness. In return, we ask our patients to be prompt and to have the courtesy to cancel appointments whenever possible with at least 24 hours notice.

We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments without 24 hours notice.
