• We see patients by appointment only.
• Routine and annual appointments are generally scheduled a number of weeks in advance.
• Urgent needs can be accommodated within a day or two, and true emergencies are seen immediately.
• If an urgent or emergency visit is necessary, you may be seen by someone other than your usual health care provider.
• We strongly encourage the presence of at least one family member at pre-operative consultations.

We ask our patients to come in at least 10 minutes prior to their appointments and to cancel appointments whenever possible with at least 24 hours notice.  In return, we work very hard at running on time too.  Sometimes our practice has urgent or emergency appointments come in, and even though we leave time in our schedules to accommodate such problems, we will sometimes be unavoidably late. We appreciate your patience and understanding when this happens.  We try as best we can to minimize such lateness. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments without 24 hours notice.
